The first award we won, the Best Internal Communications Campaign of the year, was for our work in supporting MultiChoice Kenya to launch a new subscriber management system called Clarity, which consolidated all its existing systems into one ecosystem and make it easier to serve their customers. We worked with internal staff to create awareness on the new system, making the transition fun, simple and a better user experience. We deployed innovative communication ideas such as Clarity Fridays, branded merchandise, newsletters and appreciation parties for this campaign.
Our second award was for the Best Public relations Event of the Year. Once again, this campaign was executed with our client MultiChoice and the Disney Junior channel. 300 super excited kids along with their parents, attended an exclusive pre-screening of Lion Guard – Return of the Roar. Not only did they enjoy the screening, they also participated in a series of experiential zones that amplified the channel and the MultiChoice product offering.
